Flipkart to host launch; device may feature 6.78-inch AMOLED display, Dimensity 9300 SoC, and 6000 mAh battery
New Delhi, June 4, 2025 – Vivo has officially announced that the much-anticipated Vivo T4 Ultra will launch in India on June 11 at 12 PM IST. The device will be available via Flipkart, with wider availability expected through offline retail stores.
The Vivo T4 Ultra is the successor to the T3 Ultra launched last year and follows the earlier release of the standard Vivo T4 in April 2025, expanding the T4 series lineup.
As per early information, the Vivo T4 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive 5,000 nits peak brightness, aiming to deliver a high-end visual experience.
Powering the device could be the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Battery life is expected to be strong, with a 6,000 mAh battery and an 80W charger included in the box.
One of the major highlights is the camera setup, with leaks suggesting a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP periscope lens offering ‘flagship-level zoom’, and an 8MP ultrawide camera. For selfies and video calls, the phone is likely to feature a 50MP front-facing camera.
The price is expected to fall in the ₹30,000+ range, positioning it as a premium mid-range offering.
